There needs to be improvement within the communication and directions. Throughout our stay we were constantly calling management to deal with issues that arose, yet they were impossible to reach. There were no basic necessities including toilet paper, dish washing soap, paper towel, and laundry detergent. The nearest superstore was 2 miles away and was beyond inconvenient. Throughout the apartment there was a lack of cleanliness and it was visible that the cleaning was not up to date. Our trip was in the summer time, so the heat was very intense, yet the AC in the downstairs master bedroom did not work at all. The electric circuit breaker is behind the TV in case it trips, it took us 2 hours, calling management with no response, and then a good samaritan downstairs to figure it out.
