Fantastic hotel, very close to train station and all sites. The staff was great, the room was quite large for European standards, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing. So many buffet options and complimentary a la carte options. We loved our stay. We loved staying here and would do so again.

I was expecting a good hotel but the service, attention to detail, staff availability, breakfast, just everything blew me away! This is a true gem of a small boutique luxury hotel. The location is perfect and I think this will be my go to place every time I return to Florence! Just a fabulous new discovery that will remain my now not so hidden gem! The Floren Luxury Hotel was even better than we hoped! Staff went far beyond expectations in every way to meet expectations. Rooms were cleaned and towels refreshed regularly—we’d take the whole rainfall shower home if we could! Breakfast was among the best we’ve ever had; if you like Eggs Benedict or even smoked salmon, this is your place! Fresh fruit, salads, meats, fresh breads and cakes were all available along with eggs any style. Plus you will love the staff; we did.

Our international flight was cancelled to return home and they were very accommodating in booking us into the same room for an extra night. Their complimentary breakfast was exceptional along with the staff. The entire property was extremely clean and our room was beautiful, a great location and we walked everywhere from the hotel.
