Did precheck in online. Arrived at 5:10pm and rooms weren’t clean, had to downgrade to queen to after 30 to get a room. We knew it was older and a little run down (not many choices in the area) but had the expectation to be able to check in flawlessly.

There is a saying that you get what you pay for. I don't agree with that. Cleanliness is not negotiable at all. No matter the conditions of the building. I am not familiar with the area. I went for 1 night and checked in even late. We had to ask to change room as the smell of smoke and weed was horrible. They did it with no problem. I walked with no shoes to go shower my feet were dirty, meaning the floor was never cleaned, the shower tub drainage was built up, so the water would never drain. I was super upset of myself for booking this hotel, but I needed something close by to where I needed to be the next day. I didn't take any pictures; not worth the time. The lady at the front desk was nice and overall had a good attitude.

The staff were very friendly. The property it self is old my room had roaches everywhere . The other guests were loud , fighting , cars with loud bass music coming and going all hours of the night and early morning . Felt a little unsafe .

Booked a suite which it was, except for the bathroom that was this.. small square almost. Half sized shower with no bath tub (so the water just splashes right out onto the floor), with the toilet RIGHT there beside it too. The bathroom door doesn’t even open all the way because it smacks into the shower rod of the shower, and doesn’t close all the way without scraping the wall either. It’s nice people wise and was the cheapest option for a 4 night stay, so I won’t complain much. But the rooms are meh. (Also we got a room with a mini fridge that didn’t work and they didn’t bring a replacement).

Management rude , I reserved online drove 519 miles and she requested a deposit , air condition didn’t work all night !! Front desk staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean. The bathroom shower is unsafe, no grab bars. Water gets on the floor it's a slipping hazard. Other than that, my stay was great.
