My first complaint ever.

Our issues started with check in. We were assisted to and given a key to someone else’s room. Had to go back down to the front desk and she apologized and placed us in another room down the hall on the same floor. Walk in and a few min later notice an empty water bottle, some plastic trash, and a pair of tweezers up against the edge of the bed. Ew. We let the kids swim for a few hours bed and the pool area was nice. They had a great time in there. BUT come time for bed, around 11pm we had a door dasher banging on our door for an order that wasn’t ours. Our room smelled of marijuana off and on all night long from the neighbors (which I understand isn’t an obvious issue that the hotel can address or necessarily prevent and honestly wouldn’t have even been bothered if my kids weren’t with us).. The biggest issue was the fact that from 12:30a LITERALLY until 4:30am, there was running, screaming, banging, etc on all the doors and up and down the halls. No joke it was off and on for HOURS. Not just on our floor but the floor above us as well. It woke all of us up multiple times. This morning when a comment was made by someone else in front of us at the counter to check out, the front desk girl replied with “oh you heard them too, I wish you would have complained sooner so we had more of a reason to kick them out… we heard them all night but someone finally complained about 5 am so we just got rid of them.” It was now 6am. For almost $200 for one night, not worth the $ at all.

Microwave in the Room

I really needed a microwave in my room. I was up late studying and it was inconvenient to get dress to go down stairs. Also, I was alone so I didn’t want to be in and out of my room late at night being a female. I would have paid extra to have a microwave in my room to warm my food.

This property is a study in contrast. Property is in great condition. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are nice sized. But the decor in each room isn't very functional. Why is there only one trashcan in the room. Why is the coffee tray so small? Why is there little privacy in the bathroom? it's not conducive for a family.

Good hotel

At first the young lady was a bit special saying that they didn't have any room when your app says 5 available. After a couple of minute a rooms seem to appear by magic on the first floor. The pool and gym were clean the room was clean and smelled good we were comfortable. We didn't use the room at is full because we checked in at 20h and leave at 4ham

Comfortable sleep. Easy to travel with my dog. Some of the cleaning wasn’t great. Hair in sink. Didn’t have towels. Had to call down to get some. Yet they did bring them up quickly.

Really great hotel

This hotel was beautiful and very clean! The beds were so nice and pillows were comfortable. Shower / bathroom clean and everything was so pretty. Only stayed overnight but it was absolutely the nicest hotel we’ve stopped at for our trip.
