Welcome to the ultimate retreat in Chattanooga Valley! Escape to our luxurious 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home in the scenic Chattanooga Valley. Whether you’re a pickleball enthusiast, a relaxation seeker, or an adventure lover, this property has something for everyone.

There are two levels to this house. The upper level consists of a kitchen, living room, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a balcony with beautiful mountain views. The lower level has a 2nd kitchen, living room / game room, one bedroom and one bathroom. The backyard has a pool hot tub, outdoor dining area and a pickleball court.

The entire home will be accessible to you.

I'll be available by phone throughout the duration of your stay. We also have our cleaners and handyman on call in case any issues arise.

This home is part of a high-end subdivision in Chattanooga Valley.

Parking: There are two garages which have a total of 3 parking spaces. Parking is also available in either of the 2 driveways. Street parking is not allowed.

I was expecting the property to be a little nicer from the pics, description, and price. Our biggest frustration was that the refrigerator was not working in the main area of the house (upstairs) We had to do a good bit of cooking and having to go up and down the steep stairs for microwave, coffee maker etc. became pretty frustrating, not to mention all food items etc had to downstairs. When we reported the fridge issue to Ryan, his response was "Just use the one downstairs! He said they had just discovered it didn't work and had to order a part on the day of our arrival at 4pm. They were hoping to get it in 2-3 days." When I expressed my concern for paying full price for a property that was missing a vital component, Ryan thanked me for my feedback. I suggested that a better solution could have been to have someone come and move the working fridge upstairs. He said it simply didn't cross his mind. It was obvious that he was not bothered by my frustration. We were also turned off by the condition of the hot pool as it had not been cleaned and was low on water. Given these issues, I would not recommend this property.

The house was great! We had our large family there for Thanksgiving. We loved having the separate downstairs living area for the kids and the bonus kitchen down there also helped with all the meal prepping since the main kitchen isn't the most spacious. The laundry machines and detergent were appreciated as well. We loved the hot tub as well. The bedrooms were well-set up and clean. Two of them had large closets that we were able to put babies in for sleeping.

Property is well kept and very comfortable. Lots of activities available for guests, and is in a convenient area for doing things in the Chattanooga area. Downstairs is great for playing cards and table tennis.

We had a great summer family vacation at this house! It had tons of space -- more than we needed, and was well kept and nice. Allowed our kids and grandkids to be there and have their own space as well. We were able to drive into Chattanooga and surrounding areas without any trouble. The house is in a lovely neighborhood that we enjoyed walking through as well. The pool was great and had lots of fun water toys as well, pickleball was fun (paddles and balls need to be replaced), owner was responsive, and it all worked well. Felt a little expensive, but it had all the fun amenities for us to be able to stay there and play, and also go visit surrounding sites. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We loved our long weekend stay at this property! It's very spacious with a functional layout that meant all 3 family groups in our party could have their own space. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and well-maintained, and the view of the mountains from there and from the main floor porch was gorgeous. We enjoyed the other entertainment options at the house, too (ping-pong, corn hole, etc.). It was close enough to Chattanooga and Lookout Mountain that we were able to go back and forth pretty easily for meals and activities. The child-friendly amenities like the baby gate and high chair were a nice surprise. My one suggestion for the owners would be to add blackout curtains to the bedrooms that don't have them. It was great to have enough bedrooms that our baby and preschooler could have their own spaces, but we figured out after one night that it was bright as day in those rooms by 6am, so no sleeping in for us! Overall, though, we had a great stay.

Why ChattanoogaI have stayed at many VRBO units over the years with my family and with my girlfriend. We select an annual site for our Family reunion late in the fall for the next year. We do a lot of research before we make the final selection. We have to select a house big enough for 6 families and children (15-20 people). I have rarely been disappointed and usually my choices are all close to a perfect match. This year we choose Chattanooga for our reunion. If you have not been there you are missing out on some of the best attractions this country has to offer. Are you interested in history, the arts, and/or outdoor activities? Chattanooga has it all in a very safe welcoming environment. Why not enjoy it in the perfect house? This house was minutes from all the attractions and at the same time it as out in the country. We always talk about all the activities we are going to do, BUT this house had a BIG heated pool, pickelball court and a Jacuzzi. The patio and pool looked out on to the surrounding mountains. Needless to say we spent a LOT of time at the house. It had everything you need for a perfect stay. We spent a week and did not scratch the surface of things to do. Hands down we will go back.

Perfect Family Reunion Spot!

We had an amazing family reunion at this beautiful property! The views of Lookout Mountain were stunning, and we loved how close we were to Chattanooga—just a short drive to great attractions and restaurants.The pool, hot tub, and pickleball court kept everyone entertained, and the spacious, well-stocked home had everything we needed. The host was great, and we made unforgettable memories. Highly recommend!

Spacious place. Everything worked. Well-equipped: pickleball court, swimming pool, workout area, two kitchens, large living room, large game room, ping-pong table, game table, hot tub, and jacuzzi, with extras: pool equipment, push broom for pickleball court, games, paddles and balls for pickleball, collapsible crib, pull-down shades for the porch, fire table, smart TVs, a stair-chair (which we did not try to use), and helpful e-mailed pdf and guest information notebook. One bedroom had to use either a half bath across the living room, a full bathroom in the basement, or a shared full bathroom between two other bedrooms. The bedroom in the basement was reported to be a little warm, without investigation, perhaps an additional fan was needed.

Birthday Trip

Had a birthday/get together with some friends and we had a fantastic time. Owner was super quick to communicate about maintenance needing to come on property and what to do in the event of severe weather that was moving through North Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee area. Family Christmas Trip

The home was amazing! Gorgeous views and everything our family needed to enjoy our Christmas holiday together. The walkout basement game room was a HUGE hit with the teens/young adults. The bedrooms/bathrooms were plentiful for our large family. The view was gorgeous and access to sites was simple and quick. Communication with the owners was easy and responsive. We loved our time!

Perfect Property !!

Our family all got together to celebrate our Mother's birthday. The house had so much room for us all to spread out & enjoy! So many accommodations on site you don't have to go anywhere else! We swam, played pickleball, used hot tub & played games inside and out! Very peaceful & beautiful mountain views! Definitely recommend & hope to return in the future!

Spacious and so many fun things to do!

We had a great stay! The layout of the house was great and we loved the pool and hot tub! . Wish we’d had more time to check out the pickle ball court! Great location, views and felt private. Only suggestion would be to get some landscapers in there and clean up the beds and put some fresh mulch for more curb appeal
