It is a 15 to 20 minute drive to downtown Chattanooga depending on the time of day. It’s an 0.8 mile drive to Rock City, 4.5 miles to Ruby Falls, 2.7 miles to the Railroad Incline, and St. Elmo Park is 1 mile away. This 3-bedroom and 2 bath home features 2 king beds and 1 bunk bed that are ideal for a family to stay comfortably. Outside there is a covered patio with furniture, a gas fireplace, gas grill, corn hole boards, and a wood burning fire-pit in the backyard with an 8ft enclosed privacy fence for those who wish to bring your fur babies along.
