This was my second visit to the hotel and many of the staff recognized me and greeted me as a returning guest. I was nice to be treated as an old friend. The restaurant staff, bell staff and bar staff all made me feel very welcome.

It prolly was a bad ass place once, but that was a while back. Room was ample, breakfast was very decent, place was generally clean. Our keys went outta whack four times, ride the elevator on someone else’s key up and down, go to reception, wasted ten minutes every time. No apologies whatsoever, ...

Hotel Riu Plaza Panama
I stayed for 3 nights, and the room was not cleaned during my stay. There was no toothbrush, no slippers, no comb, and no cotton swabs provided. I have call them for new towels
