The hotel was good and had great amenities, especially good wateraports.However I would class it as a 4 star rather than a 5 star. The check in was poor. Having travelled 13 hours and through the night, I did not expect there to be be a delay in checking in....surely they could have found another ...

The Ravenala Attitude
One of the most beautiful resorts we have visited. The staff was so polite and very helpful. The food was also very delicious. We would come back and also recommend to anyone.
