The house is located in a quiet residence with a collective swimming pool, on the heights of Saint-Pierre-La-Mer.
It has a large terrace, a garage for storage, with a washing machine, a living room-kitchen area on the ground floor, with a sofa, TV (french and german channels), 2 armchairs, a table, an open plan kitchen (fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, hob, extractor hood).
On the first floor there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with bunk beds (double bed downstairs, single bed upstairs), and a shower room with toilet.

The Mas de Périmont residence with its swimming pool is located on the heights of Saint-Pierre-La-Mer on the edge of the garrigue; some of the pavilions have a magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding countryside. The centre of the resort with its restaurants, market, fair and beach can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot.
