This peaceful, non-smoking, fully furnished home, above 3000' elevation, has lots of outdoor spaces. Located 1/2 mile from access to S Fork New River. Our master suite is complete with vintage queen bed, tv and large jetted whirlpool tub/shower. Living area features large screen smart tv, wifi and gas fireplace. Den / reading room with board games and smart tv. Spacious farmhouse kitchen comes with all appliances including dishwasher, toaster, blender, 12 cup drip coffee maker, keurig and much more. Complete laundry room with modern front load washer and dryer. Sheets and towels are provided. Beautiful outdoor space includes spacious deck with patio furniture to enjoy privacy and long range mountain views. A gas grill is also provided for cooking that wonderful meal while enjoying the quiet. Behind the house you will find a large fire ring ( ash removal bucket is provided) with seating and hammock to enjoy mountain climate. Should you encounter inclement weather, there is also a covered carport with ample parking. Close to shopping, New River, and Blue Ridge Parkway, West Jefferson and Boone.

4th of july

Donalds property was spotless quiet and cozy, cant beat the value of this property. We grilled hotdogs and our toddlers spent time playing on the deck and under the carport in the gravel. We roasted smores in the firepit. We tracked around a lot but the house was always great and comfortable to come home and unwind in. Donaly answered every question we had and gave is directions to a stream for the kiddos to wade in. We will be booking again as we are regular visitors to the area.

Property owners thought of everything anyone could need, Property owners really care about the people that rent their property. I have rented a lot of properties around the area over the past twenty years and I will say this is the most beautiful and cleanest property not to mention the furniture is very comfortable. Second Visit

The second visit was just as nice and relaxing as the first. The home is so cozy and comfortable. Plenty of room inside and out. It is clean and organized and has local information nearly in a binder. I really enjoyed my time and I’m sure I will go back soon.

Absolutely the cleanest & best home I have ever stayed in. I have been using VRBO for 30 years & this home feels like home. The decor, the amenities the solitude is all anyone could ask for. Everything you could need is there. I would highly recommend this home to anyone. Great location & easy to find. You are halfway between Boone & West Jefferson.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property! The views were amazing and the area was extremely quiet and peaceful. This home was definitely everything we needed for the perfect weekend getaway to just relax and take in the fresh mountain air. We hope to return and book again soon. The owners were extremely polite and helpful with directions. Everything about this place screams "You're at Home!!". We stayed in several homes over the years and this one was definitely top 10 and highly recommended.

Lovely Home in Fleetwood

We rented this home in Fleetwood over the weekend while we attended the App State football game. The home was very clean and well stocked, far enough away from the hustle and bustle of town but close enough to West Jefferson and Boone to see all these towns have to offer. Our stay was perfect. The place was very clean and everything met or exceeded our expectations. The location is very central and we only found ourselves driving 20-25 minutes to all of our destinations in the area. Highly recommend!
