It is situated right by the main road, where the free ski bus runs to the Mölltal Glacier with guaranteed snow 4.5km away. Both in winter and in summer, the beautiful landscape invites you to enjoy sports activities or leisure. There are ski pistes to suit all ability levels almost all year round. The Alpe Adria Trail runs past the holiday house and the beautiful Mölltal offers many other hiking possibilities.
You can use the private parking spaces right in front of the door. There is a roofed seating area by the front door. Forest and meadows invite your children to run around and play, and for the parents there is a deckchair for relaxing.
Our house measures 68m². The fully-equipped kitchen with a large dining table and a cosy wood-burning stove invites you to enjoy sociable gatherings. There are two bedrooms (a double bedroom and a three-bed room) and a living room with a sofa bed, accommodating 5-6 people. The bathroom has a shower and WC. The house is equipped with satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a DVD player, a radio, a boot dryer, two wood-burning stoves, an electric stove with a ceramic hob, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, microwave, bread-cutting machine, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, washing machine, travel bed and highchair. Heating is provided by the two wood-burning stoves, with wood free of charge. Each room has additional electric convection heaters. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are included.
Our house is on the main road to Mölltal Glacier on one side, with pure nature, forests and meadows on the other.
