Open the front door and immediately see dramatic views of the intracoastal. The condo has an open floor plan, galley kitchen with state of the art appliances, dining room table, living room with 60 inch LED smart Samsung TV and screened in porch sitting only feet from the intracoastal.

The master bedroom also has a panoramic view of the intracoastal, sliding glass doors to the porch; 60 inch LED smart Samsung TV; king size adjustable bed with dual controls. Master bathroom with walk-in shower is off master bedroom separated by a large walk-in closet, stacked washer/dryer and utility sink. Second bedroom adjoins full bathroom and a pocket door creates its own private suite. Guest/2nd bedroom also has a 55 inch LED Visio smart TV, desk, 4 in 1 function copy/fax/scan machine.

The huge, open community room that houses a fireplace, workout area with gym equipment, kitchen facility and overlooks the in-ground pool is great for entertaining a larger group of friends and family. Of course, all of this is situated overlooking the intracoastal, as well.

Inclusive on the grounds are a tennis court, outdoor barbecue areas and picnic tables. A short walk up the driveway brings you right to the beach and Atlantic Ocean!
