Large cottage with swimming pool and sauna located by the lovely Slettestrand. The cottage has plenty of space with 170 m2 and contains i.a. open kitchen with dining area. Cozy living room with wood burning stove and TV. There are two bathrooms with shower. From the living room there is direct access to the terrace area. Here is a good opportunity to enjoy life in quiet surroundings in a secluded, small cottage area. At Slettestrand there are shopping opportunities and several restaurants etc. The house is close to the scenic Fosdalen on one side and Svinkløv on the other. Not for rent to youth groups.
