Great coastal retreat

The parking was fine because we were out of season by 2 weeks & it we arrived when it was full & wet & most tourists had left. From mid-June it would be a problem, get the yellow man on to check times. Hotel good quaint accommodation. Help yourself to breakfast, but it hadn’t been set up by staff, made own coffee, ants in the kitchen! Fresh bread appeared at 8:15am

It wasn’t clear that the bathroom was shared or that we were staying in Villa Prestgarden, not Villa EvaLotta. We didn’t receive a message or email regarding code to the door. No breakfast was included even though it was stated in the confirmation email and there was no one to ask. Work was done on the roof and workers looked into the bathroom at odd hours. Horrible pillow also. Overall poor service and expensive given what you get. Location was good, besides that we were unimpressed.

Nice but be aware of renovations

The Villa is cute and has a lovely view. It has access to great outdoorsy areas with a view. A family room on the ground floor sleeps four well, the room was very warm at night. Except for some trash left behind in the room and in the drawer, the place was clean enough. Great kitchen with access to all you need. The big drawback when is that renovations next door started at 7am, which is just outside the window. However it was the renovation in the house that became quite unreasonable. What sounded like a building site started about 8.30am. A carpenter plastering the kitchen as I was about to make breakfasts, several people carrying objects outside the door and making sleeping in impossible and blocking the entrance to our room. I would have appreciated some information about the renovations and maybe had the chance to stay somewhere else. I am sure this was not the intention whilst having guests, but unfortunately it made our morning rather unpleasant. I am sure it will be a great stay after renovations are finished though.

Alt var fremragende, rent og pænt. Gode værelser. Ved den ene overnatning forsvandt personalet fra køkkenet ned i kælderen, og vi må rejse uden samtale personalet, så hun kunne se at vi havde betalt og dermed også uden morgenmad. Den oplevelser var vi kede af.

Skal du finne roen, vil jeg anbefale Villa Evalotta. Det har blitt tatt vare på gamle bilder og møbler, som gjør det veldig koselig. Jeg vil også nevne at sengene var meget gode å ligge i. Jeg satt ute på balkongen oppe i 2.etg. og fra der er det meget fin utsikt utover Fjellbacka.
