It was ok. As seems to be the case in rome, it was quite espensive for soemthing rather average. Staff was helpful. breakfast was good. The main issue was the climate control which was woefully inadequate. I woke up freezing and they were able to provide more blankes. also, the room wasn't cleaned on one day. They coudl use more towels.

The staff were a blessing from the moment I walked in until I checked out. Always pleasant. Very accommodating. They had been extremely busy the night before so checking in at 2 pm was a bit delayed but the manager was definitely on top of things. I did not make a fuss like another arriving guest but he comped dinner and my taxi back to the airport. I would definitely recommend this hotel
