No frills hotel/Inn/Motel, but clean room, decent internet and cable tv, quiet, really good water pressure, and great hot water. For the price it was good.

Sketchy at best… room smelled like an ashtray.. to the point that everything I brought (clothes, shoes, etc. smelled like cigarettes) questionable people in and out slamming hotel room doors, car doors all night long. Heavy police presence. No safety latch on door, just the turn lock. Definitely do no recommend this inn.

I called ahead to confirm my reservation and provided my confirmation number. I was told they couldn’t find the reservation but that I could still come since they had rooms available. When I arrived, they said they hadn't received any confirmation from Expedia, but they went ahead and gave me a room anyway—without asking for payment. It felt like they may have given away my original room and placed me in one that hadn’t been used in a long time. I wasn’t happy with how the situation was handled, but at least I had a place to sleep.

Overcharged, lied to, and refused a refund

I originally booked my stay through hotels.com for two nights, and was told the total would be $197.56. I opted for free cancellation, and actually ended up canceling the first night before the cutoff date. I was given the updated total as a confirmation of the cancellation, now $132. In the end we ended up not going - and I was very surprised to see a charge in my bank account for $249.90. Notice that was more than either of my trip confirmations! When I called the hotel, they said they had no record of my itinerary or the charges. I have now spent several days calling and speaking with hotels.com agents trying to sort this out.
