Great Place to Sleep Off “Coaster Lag”!

Awesome motel that’s ideal after a long weekend at Cedar Point. OUTSTANDING shower; I couldn’t believe how snazzy it was for the price. Comfortable beds and room temperature. I didn’t hear a peep despite the close proximity to the interstate. Check-in/check-out were a breeze and they keep tasty coffee on deck in the office. The exterior of the motel has wear but the room was clean and up-to-date. BellStores is nearby, which has a great selection of to-go food and local craft beers. All in all, this place is a winner for the budget-conscious traveler and I’d happily stay here again.

Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would suggest is, putting a grab bar in the bathroom tub area. We would definitely stay again.

We hadn't realized check out was 11 and were still in bed. The poor cleaning lady was so embarrassed, but we were the ones embarrassed for not being out on time. They were very accommodating in letting us quickly gather our things and get out.

SureStay? I will surely not stay there again.

The location of the property is not ideal, as it is somewhat out of the way. During my stay, I experienced several issues that impacted comfort and rest. The room’s air conditioner made a continual clicking noise, the outside lighting was very bright and shone into the room at night, and the phone charging port did not function. Additionally, the rooms were consistently noisy, not due to guest activity, but from plumbing and water-related sounds within the walls.

Room was recently remodeled with new fixtures, etc. The room was clean, air conditioning worked great. The hotel is an older building on a really non descripted property. It was close to a restaurant and gas station/ convenient store. It was at a good price and worked fine for our 1 night stay traveling threw.
