Stay at the Princess for wife's birthday

We arrived on Ascencion day from the little yellow train to no bus or taxi from Villefranc to the hotel - locals gathered together at the station to take us to the hotel in a private car - refused to accept any payment. Next day we needed to do washing, again let down by taxi's to get to laundry (at the local supermarket and a local again gave us a lift but let down again by taxi's to return (not far enough). The dryer did not work so back to hotel with damp washing. Immediately hotel stepped in to dry our damp washing and then insisted upon taking us to Villafranc and a return at 5.00pm - would not accept any payments. All-round went beyond normal to hewlp and make our stay a delight.

Un hotel que, siendo de tres estrellas, estĂĄ sĂșper limpio, es muy confortable y cĂĄlido. El personal del hotel es muy simpĂĄtico y agradable y ayudan en todo lo posible. Las habitaciones, justas de tamaño, no parecen en nada pequeñas, pues estĂĄn muy bien organizadas con un gran armario y un baño sĂșper completo. EchĂ© en falta algo de caliente en el desayuno, que es el Ășnico punto flojo, asĂ­ como el restaurante, que el domingo por la tarde estaba cerrado asĂ­ como el resto del pueblo, pero es mĂĄs cuestiĂłn de diferencias culturales con respecto a España, nada que achacar al establecimiento que, insisto, es ÂĄMARAVILLOSO! Gracias por una estancia sĂșper buena y por la genial atenciĂłn.

Rigtig hyggeligt hotel med lÊkker morgenmad. Kunne godt have brugt aircondition. Vi fÞler os dog snydt af, at vi ved ankomsten fandt ud af at der ikke var nogen swimmingpool, til trods af billedmaterialet. Der er et svÞmmestadion i byen. Flot naturomrÄde rundt om hotellet.
