Our neighborhood is composed of 4 houses, ours is the last of the way. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the house is closed by an electric gate.

We are located in a strategic location because the house is about equidistant from Bonifacio, Porto Vecchio, we are in the center of southern Corsica. So you can easily decide to go east or west of the island depending on the wind.

We are close to many coves with beautiful natural landscapes, where the tastes of each can be satisfied

Bell'appartamento nel giardino della proprietà, ma che lascia molta autonomia, con patio coperto e giardinetto completamente recintato, ottimo per i nostri cani! La casetta ha tutti i comfort, è pulita e ordinata. I proprietari sono persone squisite, gentilissime e molto ospitali. Lo consiglio veramente a tutti!!!

Belle petite maison, fonctionnelle, bien accueilli, propriétaire sympas. Lieu de cette location idéalement bien située pour vous rendre rapidement a l'est, l'ouest et le sud de l'île. Seul petit reproche car rien n'est assez parfait pour les clients que nous sommes, Le moteur de la climatisation qui est placé au sol sur la terrasse, la ventilation est dirigée vers la table et apporte de la chaleur supplémentaire, plus le bruit du moteur, cela n'était pas très agréable.

Vacanza 2019

Abbiamo trascorso le nostre vacanze in Corsica presso questa struttura a cavallo tra giugno e luglio, posto molto molto bello, tranquillo ed immerso nel verde e nella natura. L alloggio si presenta spazioso, nuovo, curato e dotato di tutto quanto possa servire per rendere le ore passate in casa piacevoli e comode. Ottimo la doccia ed il bagno! Si vive praticamente sotto al bellissimo portico esterno, l'area esterna è dotata di doccia e barbecue. Posizione strategica in quanto a circa 20/25minuti dal ventaglio delle bellissime spiagge del sud della Corsica, ci si trova a metà strada tra Bonifacio e Porto Vecchio. I proprietari si dimostrano gentili e presenti a soddisfare eventuali richieste, offrono anche verdure fresche appena colte dal loro orto. Che dire tutto perfetto!!! Consigliatissimo per famiglie!! Ringrazio i proprietari e spero proprio di rivederli il. Prossimo anno!! 😎🌊🌞

Presque parfait

On a passez un très bon séjour en corse du Sud chez Stefano. On est arrivé super tard mais son épouse était là (elle nous a guidé pour trouver la maison, car quand on ne connaît pas et qu’il fait nuit c’est compliqué). La maison correspond à l’annonce. Elle est très bien équipé avec tout se qu’il faut. Propre. Le seul point négatif c’est le matelas dans la chambre double qui est très marqué. Pour dormir c’est un peu gênant mais bon, on s’habitue. A part ça la localisation est top. Proche de porto Vecchio et de bonifacio. Les avions on ne les entend pas du tout.

Accueil à l'italienne, indépendance et confort conforme aux photos

Idéalement placée, qui permet en fonction de la météo capricieuse du mois d'avril de profiter des beaux sites ensoleillés, Bonifacio sa ville, la promenade en mer et le sentier du bord de mer, Porto Vecchio le shopping et les plages, les Aiguilles de Bavella. Petite maison, très confortable, moderne, wifi impeccable, il ne manque rien. L'accueil est très chaleureux avec de nombreux conseils. Malgré la proximité des propriétaires, très belle indépendance seule la visite joyeuse quotidienne du petit chien de la maison coockies. Merci pour tout.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Schöne geräumige Ferienwohnung (eigenes kleines Haus auf dem Grundstück der Vermieter mit schöner Terrasse) etwas außerhalb von Figari. Man braucht zwar ein Fahrzeug, dann ist die liebevoll und ausreichend ausgestattete Wohnung aber eine super Basis für Ausflüge Richtung Porto Vecchio, Bonifacio, Sartène, zahlreiche kleine und größere Buchten, das südkorsische Bergland... Die Gegend um Figari bietet endlos Möglichkeiten. Der Flugplatz liegt relativ nah, stört aber kaum.
