Vacation apartment on the Kaiserberg

Our house is located in the heart of the Fichtelgebirge mountains, surrounded by the Ochsenkopf and Schneeberg peaks and the picturesque Fichtelsee lake. You can reach the lake in about 3–4 minutes on foot through the forest. The house is situated on a very quiet, low-traffic street at the edge of the forest. This makes it ideal for families with children and perfect for hikers. You can start your hike right from the front door.
The apartment is on the second floor and has a balcony with a wonderful view. Guests are welcome to use the garden, which features a small playground, sandbox, and play equipment. Here you’ll also find a cozy spot to sit, relax, and enjoy nature.

There’s plenty to discover in the immediate area. The mountains feature the Ochsenkopf Cable Car, the summer toboggan run, and the climbing park, as well as the Mehlmeisel Wildlife Park and the Fleckl Moor Bath. The festival city of Bayreuth and the beautiful little town of Kulmbach, with its imposing Plassenburg Castle, are both a good 30-minute drive away.
Of course, the Fichtelgebirge Mountains are also perfect for winter sports. The cross-country ski trails are just a few steps away, and the downhill slopes are right around the corner. From the balcony, you can see both the Mehlmeisel downhill run and the Bleaml-Alm lift.
So there’s something for everyone.

A daily visitor’s tax of 2.50 EUR applies to every guest aged 14 and older. The tax must be paid to the host on the day of arrival for the entire duration of the stay. You’ll receive your guest cards upon arrival.

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und nach unserem Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Wir wurden nett empfangen. In der Fewo standen sogar Willkommensgetränk und Snack bereit. Die geräumige Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist schön eingerichtet, entspricht dem Inserat.Die Lage ist direkt am Wald mit entsprechender Aussicht, in unserem Fall auf die schneebedeckten Bäume. Der Fichtelsee ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß durch den Wald zu erreichen. Die Fewo ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Unternehmungen, vor allem für Wanderungen direkt ab der Haustür. In ein paar Autominuten ist man an den Talstationen des Ochsenkopfs, in Mehlmeisel (Skigebiet), Besucherbergwerk, Rodelhang an der Bleaml-Alm mit Skipiste und Langlaufloipen. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub zu viert als Familie mit 2 Kindern!

Sehr nette Hausleute, tolle Umgebung. Haben auf einige dringende Reparaturen hingewiesen, die wohl aus Vandalismus der Vormieter resultieren. Es gibt Marmelade von den Hauseltern zu kaufen, sie sind sehr hilfsbereit.

Wir haben uns sehr gut in den wenigen Tagen in Fichtelberg erholt. In den ersten beiden Tagen war Baden im nahen Fichtelsee angesagt. Danach zog es uns in den Wald (Wildpark, Walderlebnispfad).Unsere Ferienwohnung war geräumig, vielfältig gestaltet und super ausgestattet. So konnten wir auch ausreichend chillen.Danke an unsere freundliche Gastgeberin Ida!!

Tolle Unterkunft ganz nahe am Fichtelsee. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Künchenutensilien, Küchengeräten, Waschmaschine, …, aber auch Spielen und Kinderspiel- und -malsachen. Trotz schlechtem Wetter hatten wir hier einen tollen Urlaub!

Wohnung mit einer tollen Aussicht

Wir hatten Glück, denn wir hatten Schnee zwischen Weihnachten und Silvester. Dazu die schöne und sehr geräumige Wohnung, machten unseren Kurzurlaub perfekt. Wir hatten einen netten Empfang und die Gastgeber hatten uns alles gut erklärt. Die Wohnung ist wirklich groß, alle Zimmer bieten viel Platz. Selten hatten wir in einer Ferienwohnung ein so großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und XL- Dusche. Auch die Küche ist für Selbstversorger bestens ausgestattet. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. OG. und hat dadurch einen weiten und wundervollen Blick auf das Städtchen und in die Landschaft. Das Auto kann man vor dem Haus kostenfrei parken. Direkt vom Haus läuft man in wenigen Minuten zum Fichtelsee. Aber auch für weitere Wanderungen kann man vom Haus aus direkt starten. Lediglich zum Supermarkt muss man mit dem Auto fahren. Die Lage ist super. Man kann in dieser Region im Fichtelgebirge viel unternehmen, egal zu welcher Jahreszeit. Wir können die Ferienwohnung am Kaiserberg sehr empfehlen und würden diese auch ein weiteres Mal buchen.

Superschöne Wohnung unmittelbar am Fichtelsee

Die Wohnung ist äußerst geräumig, perfekt ausgestattet und in traumhafter Lage. Zum Fichtelsee läuft man rd 10 Minuten und auch viele weitere Wanderziele sind leicht zu erreichen. Bei Fragen helfen die Gastgeber mit Rat und Tipps. Trotz teilweisem Regen genossen wir herrliche Tage.

Alles da - drinnen und draußen

Ein herzlicher Empfang, eine rundum sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung inklusive Panormablick - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt am Kaiserberg. Unzählige Möglichkeiten die wunderschöne Natur zu erkunden, ergeben sich direkt von der Haustür aus. Der sehr nah gelegene Fichtelsee hat uns bei jedem Wetter verzaubert. Sowohl die gut ausgestattete Küche als auch die zu Fußerreichbaren Restaurants haben die Verpflegung einfach gemacht. Auf alle Fälle eine Empfehlung von uns

Wunderschöne große helle Wohnung

Wir haben hier eine schöne Woche im Herbst verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der gemütlichen und super ausgestatteten Wohnung. Meine Tochter hat sich insbesondere an dem tollen Hochbett und den zahlreichen Spielen und Kinderbüchern erfreut, ich fand die Nähe zum Fichtelsee sehr schön und die Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Schade fand ich es nur, dass die Lage - weit oberhalb des Ortes - es nicht zuließ, morgens "mal schnell" zum Bäcker zu joggen - aber man kann nicht alles haben :)

Lage und Ausstattung Top👍

In der Ferienwohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und sogar noch mehr 😀. Die Lage ist traumhaft. Eine wundervolle Aussicht aus der Wohnung und nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zum Fichtelsee. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Tolle große Ferienwohnung in super schöner Natur

Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderbar gelegen für ausgiebige Wanderungen. Auch andere Orte im Fichtelgebirge sind mit dem Auto in kürzester Zeit erreichbar. Der nahegelegene Fichtelsee ist ein Idyll der Natur. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und besitzt alle nötigen Ausstattungsmerkmale. Für Kinder sind in der Wohnung viele Spielmöglichkeiten vorhanden und auch auf dem Grundstück gibt es Hühner und einen Hund. Wo es Sonne gibt ist natürlich auch ein wenig Schatten zu finden: Im Badezimmer fehlte ein blickdichter Sichtschutz, die Schlafzimmertür ließ sich nicht schließen und die Handbrause der Badewanne funktionierte nicht. Diese kleinen Mängel taten einer wunderschönen Zeit in dieser Ferienwohnung jedoch keinen Abbruch.

Eine sehr gut ausgestattet Ferienwohnunung mit schönen Blick auf das Fichtelgebirge und sehr lieben Vermietern. Die Ferienwohnung ist super für Kleinkinder geeignet. Spielsachen, Hochstuhl, Kinderbett und Reisebett sind vorhanden, sowie eine tolle Erstaustattung an Essen und Trinken. Ein Stern bei der Gesamtwertung haben wir abgezogen, da im Essbereich noch ein Sonnenschutz fehlt und noch keine Gardinen an den Gardinenstangen hängen.
