We had an issue with the property when we arrived. The room they gave us did not match what they showed on the photos. After a long back and forth, they decided to change our room to the one which matched the photos. Their staff said "they have only one price for the rooms with the ocean view", which didn't make any sense because the view you get from the 3rd floor is much better than view you get from the 1st floor. The toilet drain was smelly. We kept the fan turned on to take care of the smelly drain. The location is not safe. The hotel is located right at the intersection and gets too loud in night time. There are also wild pigs come from the forest to this area in night time. It's a known issue by the locals.

Giriş bilgileri dısında herhangi bi ihtiyac varmı temizlik vs diye birgün bile sorulmadı, kapıya su bırakılır günlük en azından. İnanılmaz. 3 gün boyunca kimseyi görmedik, çıkmasak kimse neden gitmediniz demicek kadar farkında değildi bence 😄 heryer mavi ısık, odada çöp kovası yok banyoda var sadece, kettle su kaynatırken kendide kaynıyor asla tutamıyosunuz kulbunu. Tamam fiyatı çok düşük ama bunlar para edecek şeyde değil. buraya yüksek puan verenler nasıl yerlerde kalıyolarda buraya 10 puan verdiler hayretler içerisindeyiz

İletişimleri ve yardımseverlikleri çok iyiydi. Otelin konum olarak çok yokuşta olması ulaşımda zorluk yarattı. Konsept olarak oda kahvaltı olmasını dilerdim ancak odaları değerlendirirsek temizlik iyiydi oda ferahtı. Sadece kapı çarpma sesleri ve giriş kapı gıcırtısı bizi rahatsız etti.
