Absolutely superb suite, everything new and top of the range. Spacious, comfortable, well equiped. Staff so friendly and helpful, arrived 3 hours early and we were allowed to check in without problem. Upgraded us without asking, allwoed a later check out too. Staff always helpful and with a smile on their faces. Superb!

Front desk helpful with getting extra blankets, booking taxi. Room was nice, bed was hard and pillows were not good. They offered replacements which were quite lumpy. There is no room cleaning. This was the best hotel I have stayed at in a long time. The staff were so welcoming and on hand to help (though I didnt ask much of them). Fantastic location, the rooms were beautiful and just so relaxing overall.
