Will never be returning.

Beware of this scam hotel. It is unprofessional, dirty, and uncomfortable and not to mention looks NOTHING like the pictures. They called us and told us there were 2 other people who also booked our room and after 2 hours of calling them and worrying they said they worked it out and then placed us in a room we didnt book and all the way on the lowest floor which was isolated. The food we ordered was terrible and overall service was also terrible.

Pros: - Nice welcome, asked if we wanted any drinks and took us to the room herself - Gave us early check-in since we arrived early - Staff often asked if we needed anything and were attentive (eg all the waiters, even though I only told one, looked out for cats when they knew I was afraid of them during dinner) - Great food (breakfast assortment and meatballs dish for dinner) - Great service (only place in turkey over a two week stay that actually refills your water at breakfast and dinner at no cost. Thank you for valuing hydration! Lol) - Nice view and infinity pool Cons: - Loud music all day (except breakfast and dinner) - Bathroom smelled weird! - Shampoo, conditioner, and gel were previously used and not newly sealed - Some of the larger sun beds were not cleaned and had traces of light dirt - Pool had some hair and mold in different places, including pool chairs - Inferior cleaning in general - Spa services available but all pricey and were not described online - Windy roads and far from the city if that’s not your thing - Weak wifi, air conditioning, and fridge

Beautiful hotel and very peaceful. Booked the honeymoon suite and it was absolutely perfect for our stay. Jacuzzi was a beautiful touch and the views at sunset were magical.

Stylish, classy and wonderful hotel

An exceptional hotel particularly under the present circumstances a late opening and early closing, not having all facilities open but preparing well for next season. Rooms were very spacious and pristine. Amazing sunsets from our balcony and even from our shower. Pool area very nice with comfortable beds, staff very attentive. The owner and manager Rita and Frank could not be more welcoming we had a fabulous time and are already planning to return next year.
