The location within the old city is ideal and it’s an easy stroll into the centre of the Medina. We found the staff very professional and friendly! The meals are awesome and our room (unit 1) was a sanctuary and a good size! Most importantly, the 3 main characters ( Mohamed, Zaid and Hassan ) are a real asset to this establishment! They will go far these 3 !!!

Me and my family stayed here for two night from the 17th Dec and we absolutely loved it! The place is a real gem in the heart of the old city. The decor is to die for and picture perfect. You truly feel as if you are in a palace in the hareem days. The customer service we experience was one of the best we have ever seen in Morocco and coming from a Moroccan this means a lot! They take care of your every need from the heart they truly mean it and nothing is too big and ask. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality we will definitely be coming back to stay again.
