These festivities, with their lovely ambience, are held annually on the first Sunday in July. The Château forms part of the natural landscape of the Mont Ventoux, that is a UNESCO-protected landscape. This area also comprises the small villages of Sault and Montbrun les Bains. The latter is one of the prettiest (medieval) villages in France and is known for its spa and medical treatments that can be enjoyed in the local thermal baths.
