A pousada não corresponde a classificação 3 estrelas que está nos sites de busca de hospedagem. A localização é uma área afastada dos estabelecimentos comerciais, o que necessita do serviço de táxi constantemente, mas é praticamente beira mar da praia da Conceição. A estadia não foi como esperava, pois as instalações precisam de melhorias urgentes. Na porta de acesso ao quarto existia espaços que facilitava a entrada de mosquitos. Faltava água constantemente na pousada, o que poderia ser resolvido com caixa d'água. Não possui controle acústico, pois é possível ouvir pessoas caminhando no quarto acima, prejudicando quem deseja descansar. Café da manhã é bem resumido e limitado, pois só pode comer 2 ovos por pessoa. Só existe 1 funcionária na pousada para fazer tudo, além de que os administradores não oferecem os meios para ela desenvolver um bom serviço, tendo que se desdobrar nas necessidades dos hóspedes.
