Guests especially love the quick access to sunsets, morning walks, and peaceful lake views.

When you return to the home after a day in the sun, rinse off in the private outdoor shower, surrounded by lush landscaping that adds both beauty and privacy. - This home receives water via a well. Due to the high mineral content in our area, this water smells and tastes different than city water. Though the water is safe to drink, those who are accustomed to city water may wish to bring bottled water for drinking.
- This home is on a private septic system. To ensure proper function, please flush toilet paper only. Do not flush items such as wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or other materials, as they can cause damage or backups.
- This home is nestled in a beautiful natural setting where wildlife and insects are part of the charm. Routine pest control services are in place to ensure the comfort of our guests, but on occasion, a curious critter may make its way inside, especially if doors are left open. If you notice any evidence of pests indoors, please notify our office promptly so we can address the situation.
- The fireplace in the living room is available for use during the winter season. The fireplace in the front family room is for decorative purposes only.
