"Alquería de Gítar" is a beautiful, exclusive, very spacious, and peaceful country villa in the Andalusian style. The 700 m² single-story building is situated on a large plot in the mountains within the magnificent setting of Félix, just 10 km from the coast and overlooking the sea. <br><br><br>It’s an ideal place to host any event with plenty of charm (it features a kitchen and a separate workspace for catering) or for large groups wishing to spend a few days with family or friends in a private home, in a peaceful and beautiful natural setting, with all the comforts and at a very attractive price. <br><br><br>Registered as a Rural Tourist Accommodation (VTAR / AL / 00208). It is rented as a whole (not by individual rooms) and has a standard capacity of 16 people, distributed among 6 large bedrooms. With the use of extra beds, it can comfortably accommodate up to 22 people with plenty of space and total comfort. There is the option to use another room as an additional bedroom. In total, there are 5 full bathrooms. <br><br><br>It is a 10-minute drive from the beaches and recreational areas of Aguadulce and about 20 minutes from the city of Almería. It is 5 minutes from the golf course and the “La Send” wellness centre with spa. <br><br><br>The property is priced at €380 per night year-round for up to 16 people. A minimum stay of 2 nights is required (3 nights during school breaks and long weekends). On weekends, check-in is on Friday starting at 1:00 PM, and check-out is on Sunday at the guest’s preferred time. Firewood is included. A week’s stay costs €1,790 (33% discount). Conditions may vary on special dates or for events. Additional guests (ages 16 and up, up to a maximum of 22 people) are charged an extra 12 euros per person per night.
