A charming house in the typical village of Felines Termenes. This house greets you with large open views over the south part of the Corbières hills, the ones hosting on its sides the famous AOC wines. The undulating countryside, picturesque scene of Cathar castles is an environment with exceptional walks for hikers. Migratory birds have settled on ponds near Sigean delight the curious. Relaxing is also part of it with the immediate vicinity of the white sandy beaches of Gruissan and Port la Nouvelle. The small family seaside resorts of the confidential Lapalme and La Franqui welcome lovers of authenticity.
Culture is also very present with Narbonne, 1st Gallo-Roman village outside of Italy, the medieval city of Carcassonne, the abbeys and Romanesque Fontfroide and Lagrasse ... and many other historical sights.
This 120 m² house is comfortably equipped upto 8 people. It will have a private swimming pool of 6 m X 4 m semi buried with a depth of 1.20 m. Secured by an alarm, it is open from june to end of september.

Des Lyonnais à féline -Termenes
Points faibles :
- pas de boulangerie dans le village .
- pas de superette donc bien faire ses courses avant de monter au village car les magasins sont à 40 minutes
- le ménage n'est pas du tout au top
- moisissures dans la douche
-les moustiquaires ne fonctionnent pas,donc beaucoup de guêpes et moustiques dans la maison.
-nid de guêpes à côté de la piscine ( les enfants ont été piqué plusieurs fois .
- l'interrupteur disjoncte

- Grand jardin sans vis-à-vis
- des villageois très sympathiques

Séjour agréable
La maison est très confortable, rien ne manque. Il n'y a aucun vis à vis. Les environs sont magnifiques, c'est très calme.
Néanmoins l'annonce mériterait d'être clarifiée. Les animaux ne sont pas acceptés. Il n'y a pas internet. Il y a quand même suffisamment de réseau pour l'utilisation de la 4G.
Aussi, la prestation pour le ménage de fin de séjour ne correspondent en fait qu'à une prestation de désinfection. Il faut donc quand même faire le ménage soi-même.
