Great property great location. Make reservation reservation early same day is challenging with european self check in. It is slow real slow first time with different hotel made reservation at 1400 dident get checkin codes until 2340. Lucky this time another renter showed us ho to get in. Got check in instructions an hour later. Wont use self check in for same day reservation again didntreal slo

Self-check in machine did not recognize our reservation nr. and no one on the phone number answered. Fortunately a janitor helped us out and was able to check us in. Stay was good except for check-in.

Avoid, avoid avoid!

Avoid like the plague, spent an hour last night stood outside trying to check in, took 5 phone calls because they suddenly don't speak English when you need help, then today I find they billed me twice for the room, phoned them and they didn't care less and said it will take a while to issue a refund, Anjali at Hotels.com rang them and got it processed immediately, most unprofessional hotel I have ever booked and certainly did not justify the expensive rate

Die Lage ist nicht direkt am Bahnhof und der Stadtmitte, aber schnell mit Bus oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Einrichtung ist einfach aber zweckmäßig. Allerdings ließ die Sauberkeit des Zimmers mehr als zu wünschen übrig. Im gesamten Zimmer, auch in Bad und WC waren die Böden mit Haaren und Krümeln übersät. Auch auf dem Kopfteil und um den Topper des Bettes war alles voller Brösel, Staub und Hautschuppen. Von den je 2 Gläsern und Tassen waren beide Gläser und eine Tasse gebraucht oder nicht gereinigt. Als wir das "Bitte Zimmer reinigen"-Schild, das im Zimmer war an die Tür hängten wurde es einfach ignoriert. Das gesamte Zimmer wirkte, als wäre es sehr lange nicht gtundgereinigt worden und nur mit frischen Handtücher und Bettwäsche bestückt worden. Zum Glück war es nur ein sehr kurzer Aufenthalt.

Check In hat erst nach mehrmaligem versuch funktioniert. Das Zimmer war dreckig und hat total nach Rauch gestunken. Und die Musik aus dem Eingangsbereich war die ganze Nacht so laut im zimmer zu hören, dass man kaum schlafen konnte.

Habe zwei mal in einem Hotel/Motel von Maier übernachtet diese Woche. Das erste Mal habe ich an ein Versehen gedacht, nun war auch das zweite Zimmer dreckig. Die Toilette war ekelhaft, das Badezimmer mangelhaft gereinigt, das Zimmer insgesamt staubig und die Oberflächen nicht gereinigt. Schade um an sich gute Immobilien, der Preis ist günstig.
