Wir haben uns in der Zeit sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und genau wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Spielzeug, Gesellschaftsspiele,Strandsonnenschirm, Kosmetikartikel im Bad uvv. grosser Gefrierschrank, grosser Kühlschrank. Kleines Manko: Die Gartenmöbel im Innenhof und auf der Dachterrasse sind in die Jahre gekommen und könnten erneuert werden. Ein Sonnenschirm war defekt. Ansonsten ein sehr schönes, typisches, kleines Stadthaus. - Parkplatz gibt es selten vor dem Haus, das hat uns aber nicht gestört.

Tolle Wohnung mit Dachterasse und sehr schnellem Internet

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, aber dennoch ruhig, in Felanitx. Wirklich alles ist sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ausreichend Parkplätze sind um die Wohnung herum zu finden. Die Wohnung ist sauber und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Erwähnenswert ist auch das wirklich sehr (!) schnelle Internet. Ich musste in den vier Wochen Aufenthalt von dort arbeiten und hatte nicht ein einziges Mal Probleme. Das Highlight aber ist die große, sonnige Dachterrasse! Und auch die Betreuung vor Ort war super. Egal was war, Andrea hat immer sehr schnell reagiert.

Tolle Unterkunft im schönen untouristischen Felanitx

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Felanitx sehr genossen! Die schöne Wohnung entspricht genau der Darstellung auf den Bildern und ist sehr geräumig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war absolut sauber und die Küche war großartig ausgestattet. Anders, als man es oft von Ferienwohnungen kennt, hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die schöne Altstadt sowie alle wichtigen Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind fußläufig erreichbar. Schöne Strände sind mit dem Auto in ca. 20Min zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Andrea hat gut funktioniert und sie hat uns bestens geholfen. Die einzige kleine Anmerkung unsererseits ist, dass die Angaben zu der Parkplatzsituation im Inserat etwas irreführend sind. Anders als die Beschreibung andeutet, gibt es keinen privaten Stellplatz. Zu unserer Reisezeit (Oktober) war es allerdings überhaupt kein Problem in kürzester Distanz zu der Unterkunft einen kostenfreien öffentlichen Parkplatz zu finden. Daher stellte dies kein Problem dar. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder.
