The chalet accommodates 6 people. The sea is practically at the bottom of the garden which has rose bushes and other flowers and in the surrounding area there are pine woods. Outside the house is a covered terrace with a table where you can enjoy your meals al fresco while enjoying spectacular views. The house has WiFi connection and satellite television.
On the ground floor there is a garage containing the laundry and a bathroom with shower. The rest of the house is on the upper floor which we reach via stairs to the upper terrace which has spectacular sea views and a table where you can relax and enjoy a drink while you watch the sun set.
Accessing the house from the upper terrace we enter the large living-dining room separated into two sections, one with a large wooden dining table and another with sofa and television, this part of the house offers great views. There is a simple but fully equipped kitchen, with gas cooker/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and all the kitchenware you will need. Following the corridor we come to the bathroom (with shower) and one bedroom comprising twin beds. On the other side of the corridor are two further bedrooms with lovely views. One of these has a double bed and the other twin beds.

Fantastic house, fantastic location

A Little bit of Heaven in Porto Colom
This Chalet is in the very best position in Porto Colom. We spent hours sitting on the shaded veranda taking in the magnificent view. The Chalet is equidistant from the beach and the fishing village so we could walk to both with ease. The beach at Cala Marcel is a dream and the number of restaurants and holiday boutiques kept us well fed and busy every evening. The house itself is very well appointed, beautiful lounge/dining room, small kitchen (well equipped).
A very good bathroom, unfortunately the second shower room is in the basement but we quickly got used to it and it was not a problem.
Three well appointed bedrooms. But the Star of the house is the Veranda, where we ate all our meals and relaxed there after a day at the beach.
If there is one complaint it was that there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms, but fans were provided. I would definitely recommend Porto Colom as a holiday destination and Can Munar as the best house location available there.

Schönes Haus
Wir haben sofort in diesem Haus unseren Urlaub genießen können. Es hat eine wunderbare Aussicht in den kleinen Teil des Hafens. Es liegt direkt an der Straße. Man kann die Fenster schließen. Es ist eine Klimaanlage da, die an heißen Tagen Kühlung bietet. Es könnte mehr Geschirr da sein, wir waren z.T. mit 6 Personen dort. So lief der Spüler immer 2x am Tag. Die Sonne kommt morgens direkt auf die Terrasse - im Sommer könnte ein Sonnensegel vorne den Aufenthalt am Vormittag beim Frühstück verlängern. Alles in Allem ein sehr schönes Haus in einem wundervollen Ort.

Schönes Haus in toller Lage mit kleinen Abstrichen
Das Haus liegt sehr schön, von der Bucht nur durch eine nicht allzu befahrene Straße getrennt. Wunderbare große Veranda mit Meerblick. Großes Wohnzimmer, große Küche, drei Schlafzimmer. Leider jedoch nur ein Bad (in der Garage/Waschküche unten befindet sich zwar noch eine Nasszelle mit Toilette und Dusche mit Vorhang, die jedoch nicht für den täglichen Gebrauch taugt, und schon gar nicht nachts). Leider klappern auch die Türen recht laut, sodass meist alle Gäste wach werden, wenn man sich nachts nicht mit äußerster Vorsicht bewegt.
Das Haus ist von einem großen Garten umgeben. Unter der Veranda befindet sich eine überdachte Fläche mit Gasgrill, Schrank und Liegen. Vom Dachgarten mit Wasseranschluss und Liegen hat man einen fantastischen Blick aufs Meer.
Der Ort mit seinen zahlreichen Restaurants befindet sich in fußläufiger Entfernung.
