The modern holiday apartment in the Arne Jacobsen settlement is located directly on the marina of Burgtiefe in close proximity to the south beach.
In the nearest section of the beach you can freely use a beach chair in the first row to the sea during the beach basket season (15. 5. to 15. 9.) at will.
The apartment is very family-friendly, equipped with many games and children's books, making it ideal for young families.
The year-round adventure swimming pool "FehMare" with wave operation, children's and sauna area is within walking distance, as well as the island bakery or laundromat and self-service market of the marina.

The apartment was completely refurbished in 2019. The kitchen has a large dishwasher and an induction hob. The bathroom has also been redesigned and equipped with a shower. The apartment has a powerful wireless internet, which you can use for free.

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, unseren Familienurlaub in dieser wunderbaren Ferienwohnung zu verbringen. Die Lage war einfach unschlagbar – direkt am Strand und in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hafens. Diese ideale Lage bot uns nicht nur einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Hafen, sondern ermöglichte es uns auch, jederzeit an den Strand zu gehen oder das lebhafte Treiben im Hafen zu genießen. Die Ferienwohnung selbst war perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse ausgestattet. Sie war geräumig, komfortabel und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die helle und freundliche Atmosphäre trug sofort dazu bei, dass wir uns wie zu Hause fühlten. Besonders genossen haben wir die Möglichkeit am Esstisch mit Hafenblick zu speisen. Insgesamt war unser Familienurlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung eine sehr gute Erfahrung. Die sehr gute Lage, die komfortable Ausstattung und die herzliche Betreuung durch den Vermieter haben unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen und würden uns freuen, hier in Zukunft erneut unsere Ferien verbringen zu können

Schöner Aufenthalt auf Fehmarn
Schöne Tage auf der Insel verlebt. Wir wussten, dass das Gebäude bereits älter ist. Der Anblick von "außen" ist allerdings "gewöhnungsbedürftig". Die Fassaden und Fenster sehen zum Teil verwahrlost aus.
