In the living-dining area there is 1 sofa (not a sofa bed), 1 rocking chair and 1 dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, 2-plate ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and all necessary cooking utensils. On the terrace, guests have 4 garden chairs, 1 garden table and 1 parasol at their disposal. The adjacent communal garden can be used. The apartment has a separate parking space directly in front of the house. There are also green areas by the house for sunbathing and playing for the children. The holiday complex is located near the spa complex in Petersdorf, is surrounded by meadows and fields and is the central location in the west of the island. There is a good infrastructure, so there is Aldi, Edeka and a bakery not far from the apartment, and towards the town center there are various restaurants, a café, small boutiques, a doctor, physiotherapy and hairdressing salons. Concerts are held all year round at the idyllic village pond, as well as other events organized by the Fehmarn tourism service.

The town of Petersdorf is located in the west of the beautiful island of Fehmarn. It is about 3 km to the beach in Bojendorf. The nearest larger shops are about 400 m away with various shops, supermarkets such as Edeka, Aldi and a bakery, small boutiques as well as hairdressers, a doctor and physiotherapy. Small restaurants and cafés invite you to linger. The beautiful Petersdorf church is worth a visit.
