Wundervolle Wohnung mit Meerblick

Danke Karmen, der Aufenthalt war super bei Euch! Tolle Ferienwohnung, 1min zum Strand und 8 min in den Ort. Super und groß mit Klimaanlage. Toller Balkon mit schönem Tisch und StÃŒhlen zum Sitzen. Gerne wieder!

Einfach nur wunderschön!

Wir hatten in der ersten Aprilwoche unseren Urlaub in Fazana verbracht. Das war wahrscheinlich die schönste Ferienwohnung, die wir gesehen haben. Wir haben sehr den Meeresausblick und die NÀhe zum Meer genoßen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wÃŒrden sehr gerne wieder kommen!!!

Angenehmer Aufenthalt! Cooles und preiswertes extra vom Vermieter (Bootstour) nach Absprache Tgl. Unterhaltungsabende der GaststÀtten am Meer Wohnung B ist meiner Meinung nach wegen der ÃŒberdachten und großen Dachterrasse ideal fÃŒr eine Familie (wir waren zu 5) Fitnessstangen in der nÀhe der Wohnung (Reck, Barren, waagrechte und senkrechte Leiter, große Gewichthantel) Leider gepflasterter Boden, Hilfestellung bei Kindern ist empfohlen!

Pure Erholung

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war eine echte Erholung. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ist sehr sauber. Nur die Matratzen der Betten waren fÃŒr unseren Geschmack zu weich. Die Lage ist super gut. Kein 50 m zum Kieselstrand, so dass es ein Wonne war, bereits frÃŒhmorgens fast alleine im glasklaren Meer zu schwimmen. BÀcker und großer Supermarkt sind leicht FlusslÀufen erreichbar. Auch Pula und Rovinij sind auf Grund der NÀhe schnell fÃŒr Besichtigungen erreichbar. Ingesamt war daher unser Aufenthalt fÃŒr eine Woche perfekt.

Modern, Sauber, ZweckmÀßig - gerne wieder

Wir waren zu viert fÃŒr eine Woche in der Wohnung. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet. FrÃŒhstÃŒcken auf dem großen Balkon, sonnengeschÃŒtzt durch eine Markise - mit Blick aufs Wasser in etwa 50 Meter Entfernung haben Laune gemacht. BÀckereien sind fusslÀufig gut erreichbar (300m), ein größerer, gut sortierter Supermarkt in ca. 800m Enfernung hatte alles, was wir benötigten. Der Strand ist der typische Kiesstrand, der mit Badeschuhen aber problemfrei begehbar ist. Ein ca. 30 Meter breiter GrÃŒnstreifen zwischen dem Haus, teilweise mit hohen, schattenspendenden BÀumen bewachsen dient teilweise als Liegewiese oder fÃŒr Ballspiele. Es gibt in Fazana einige Restaurants mit einer umfangreichen Speisekarte. Uns hat das Konoba Feral am besten gefallen. Wir waren zu ersten Mal in Kroatien und können uns gut vorstellen nochmal in die Gegend zu reisen.

Erholung direkt am Meer

Wir (2 Erwachsene/2 Kinder) haben unseren Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung wirklich sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und ordentlich. Die Betten sind bequem und es gibt auch MÌckennetze an den Fenstern der Schlafzimmer. Die Terrasse ist Ìberdacht. Die NÀhe zum Meer und den Restaurants war sehr von Vorteil. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Die Kommunikation mit Karmen funktionierte einwandfrei und sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank!

Wir hatten sehr schöne Zeit in der FeWo B in der ersten Obergeschoss. Der Strand ist vor der TÃŒr. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, sehr gute KÃŒchenaustattung, sogar Sonnenschirm fÃŒr den Strand ist dabei. Sehr nette Vermieter. Der Ausflug mit dem Boot von dem Vermieter ist sehr empfehlenswert. Unsere Kinder (2 und 6) hatten sehr viel Spaß. Danke fÃŒr die schöne Zeit!

Wieder ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub

Tolles Objekt in ruhiger Lage. Trotzdem gelangt man zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten in das Ortszentrum, wo am Abend immer etwas los ist. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir hoffen, dass wir nÀchstes Jahr wieder dort unseren Urlaub genießen können.

Tolle Wohnung, nah zum Wasser und Urlaubsort

Wir waren zu dritt zwei Wochen in der tollen Wohnung. Alle Angaben der Beschreibung haben gepasst und den Aufenthalt somit total angenehm werden lassen. Sehr nette und kommunikative Vermieter, die zwar nicht tÀglich vor Ort, aber immer super zu erreichen waren. Und die Sonnenterasse war der absolute Traum. Wir kommen wieder, gar keine Frage.

Toller Urlaub in einer tollen Unterkunft

Wir bewohnten die Ferienwohnung B im 1.Stock und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Das, fÃŒr unsere Tochter sehr wichtige, WLAN hat meistens funktioniert. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Der Strand entspricht der Beschreibung und ist sauber. Die Liegewiese war trotz Hauptsaison nicht ÃŒberfÃŒllt und es fand sich immer ein schattenspendender Baum. Das, an anderen Orten oft ÃŒbertrieben ausgeprÀgte "Liegeplatzreservieren" kam nur vereinzelt vor. Das nÀchste LebensmittelgeschÀft ist ca 400 Meter entfernt. Unter uns, im Erdgeschoß, wohnten superfreundliche Italiener. Wir hoffen, dass die Unterkunft bei einem unserer nÀchsten Urlaube wieder verfÃŒgbar ist, da wir sicher wieder gern kommen wÃŒrden.

Super, perfekte Lage, schöne, moderne Wohnung.

Diese Ferienwohnung kann man nur weiter empfehlen. Das Vermieterpaar war sehr freundlich. Das Wohn-/Esszimmer und die Terrasse sind sehr grosszÌgig ausgelegt und alles ist sauber. Die 50 m zum Meer stimmen auch. Mit Kinder, super zum spielen. Es gibt kein Verkehr, so es ist sehr ruhig. EinkaufslÀden und die Ortsmitte mit Restaurants/ Bancomat / Post / grosse Supermarkt erreicht man nach ca. 5 Minuten Fussmarsch. Internet hat gut funktioniert. ------------------------------------------------ English: I would recommend this place to anybody. The perfect escape, beach is very nearby, excellent to play with children. The couple is very friendly. The holiday home is spacious and clean. The area is quiet. Internet works well. Shops, restaurants, supermarket, ATM's, Post Office all within 5 minutes walking distance. ----------------- Nederlands: Ik kan deze vakantiewoning iedereen aanbevelen. De mensen zijn vriendelijk. Het huisje is ruim aangelegd en schoon. Internet doet het goed. De 50 meter naar het strand kloppen en het is er ideaal om het kinderen te spelen. Het is rustig gelegen. Winkels, supermarkt, restaurants, postkantoor en geldautomaten binnen 5 minuten lopen.
