Appartamento molto sporco internamente con ragni velenosi che girano dentro e fuori casa, impianto elettrico con fili scoperti e plafoniera del bagno mancante, umidità di risalita dai muri interni che genera uno sgradevole odore di muffa, boiler dell'acqua da 60 litri ergo una persona fra la doccia la seconda no.
