Apartment is situated on the ground floor of family house. House has nice enclosed garden with grill on disposal and private parking place. Apartment has 2 bedroom and it is well equipped for comfortable holiday vacation.

Location of the house is on a peaceful area and vicinity of the grocery store, pebble beach and beach bars, selection of the nearby restaurants and easy going atmosphere make this house perfect for the relaxed summer vacation. Two kilometers further there is Fažana, picturesque fishermen town, with plenty of street events during summer months, delicious restaurants and nice walking promenade along the sea.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung!

Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung für zwei Wochen gebucht. Es war alles so, wie im Inserat angegeben. Die Vermieter wohnen im selben Objekt im 1.OG. Aber das hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört - im Gegenteil, das war sogar sehr nett. Sie sind total lieb und zurückhaltend - und wenn man eine Frage hat sehr hilfsbereit. Der Check-in hat super funktioniert - nach telefonischer Ankündigung konnten wir auch schon eine Stunde früher einziehen. Unser Auto durften wir im Hof parken und die Fahrräder im Garten abstellen. Die kleine Terrasse ist total schön und lädt zum Frühstücken in der Morgensonne ein. Aber für draußen auf der Terrasse unbedingt an Autan denken, sonst nerven die Stechmücken (wahrscheinlich Saisonbedingt). In Fazana gibt es einen großen Supermarkt, der aber wegen dem naheliegenden Campingplatz stark frequentiert wird. Falls man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist, können wir den Konzum-Markt in Vodnjan empfehlen. Da geht es nicht so hektisch zu und die Preise sind auch günstiger als unten am Meer. Noch kurz zum Inventar der Wohnung - es ist alles da was man braucht. Allerdings ist der Zweiplattenherd eher dazu ausgelegt, sich mal schnell ein paar Nudeln mit Soße zu kochen. Es gibt aber auch einen Backofen. Ansonsten lieber raus Essen gehen - da gibt es überall leckere Sachen. Fazit: Es war alles top. Gute Matratzen, Lüftung im Bad, Klimaanlage im Wohnbereich. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub. DANKE!
