The property is lovely. It is conveniently located to the University and lots of shops, but it is tucked away in a beautiful wooded area. I went for a walk and saw several deer. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the coffee delivery in the morning. Highly recommend.

First the good part. The room and property is clean and attractive in a woodsy sort of way. we saw a small herd of deer within 30 yards of the hotel and there are many trees and much shade. Our room was not very large but it was reasonably sufficient. We did not receive the room we reserved and there was no explanation as to why. There is a pleasant restaurant on the property but the menu selection is particularly limited. Now for the petty annoyances. The property charges a "resort fee" but there is no resort at all. There is a swimming pool and a hot tub. That does not make a resort. There is absolutely nothing else that resembles a resort. No bicycles, no activities, no attraction, nothing. They should rename this "extra income just because we can". I probably will not stay in this property again unless for some unpredicted reason I decide to attend an Arkansas football game. In that event, the walking distance to the stadium would probably make it worth while for me.

The property and surrounding area is beautiful. The lighting in the room is horrible. You should have two lights at the sink. There should be separate lighting for the coffee bar and closet area. We told the front desk two times that the shower didn’t drain and finally they got a plumber out. We also told them three times there was no soap in the soap dispenser. Luckily I always bring a bar of soap when we travel. The 55” television was nice and also that the hotel provided cable tv.

Cool place with nice special touches. There isn't a coffee maker, but they deliver your coffee in a Stanley lunch box- really cute! The restaurant/bar is fantastic and the atmosphere is nice! I enjoyed a glass of wine outside- enjoying the view of trees and deer!
