The apartment was cute and conveniently located. There were no amenities in the bathroom, which was a little disappointed… Luckily, we brought some body wash and shampoo with us. It was very warm in the apartment and I didn’t figure out how to change the temperature up until the second day we were there so I did not sleep very well… But other than that, it was a nice place to stay.

The property was as advertised. Quiet location, clean, and close to restaurants and grocery shopping. We even enjoyed a goose parade out back one evening. Very nice condo in an excellent location.

My wife and I spent two nights at this condo and had a great experience. The positive reviews are accurate. It is in a great location, centrally located near shopping, restaurants, and downtown. Wonderful and peaceful stay

My family really enjoyed our stay it felt like home. The condo was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. It is also located in a very quiet area. I felt safe staying there. I have two children attending Fayetteville State University in August. I will definitely book again to visit my children during their school year. I highly recommend this condo if you are visiting this area. It is also located near all the attractions and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay!!!!
