Un vero incubo!! Non dovrebbe esistere e sono certo che non siano rispettati i limiti minimi di igiene e sicurezza. Ho fatto una sola notte al termine di 15 bellissimi giorni in Sicilia, sono felice di tornare, ….. vivo. Approdo Ulisse indicazioni, dove vedi i clienti felici di partire e delusi all’arrivo. Il peggio da 20 anni di viaggi!! Veramente inammissibile.

Camera affacciata sul mare ma sapientemente costruita senza finestre che ne permettano la veduta diretta. Servizio di colazione carente, pietanze di scarsa qualità e anche di quantità (terminato un prodotto non veniva ricaricato; un giorno si poteva usufruire di marmellate e l'altro no). Ora la parte tragica: la pulizia. All'arrivo la camera da subito non era pulita, mancavano le lenzuola ad un letto e quelle dell'altro erano sporche; grave problema di termiti nella stanza; cambio asciugamani ogni 3 giorni (per finta), siamo dovuti andare in lavanderia a richiederli e nemmeno ci hanno portato via i vecchi; la pulizia da parte del personale di servizio dovrebbe avvenire a giorni alterni, tuttavia sono venuti solo il sesto giorno provando ad irrompere in camera mentre dormivamo. La pulizia è stata effettuata davanti ai miei occhi poiché non avevano tempo da perdere e hanno chiesto di pulire anche se eravamo dentro. Giuro che hanno letteralmente dato 2 spazzate contate sotto al letto per poi buttare la sporcizia appena fuori la porta. Credevo fosse uno scherzo e invece... La stanza era visibilmente degradata, assolutamente da rinnovare. Aria condizionata non funzionante, minifrigo che appena teneva fresca l'acqua e finestre e porte che a malapena si chiudevano. Tutte le aree della struttura (come l'intera isola)purtroppo erano cosparse di immondizia, questo dato dall'inciviltà delle persone e probabilmente dallo scarso servizio di pulizia. Punto a favore per il personale del bar

Poco personale. Pochi servizi. Per trovare il barman bisognava chiamare “chi la visto”. Pulizia zero. All’arrivo abbiamo trovate tutte le tovaglie macchiate nn so di che, forse ruggine. Accendo la tv. Tutto arabo, lo spenta subito. Neanche un canale italiano. Piscina sporchissima. I bagnìni fanno gli orari dei regionali senza aver cura della propria piscina. Magari tenerla un po’ più accogliente. Niente un disastro. La struttura è molto bella peccato che chi la gestisce nn sa fare questo lavoro.

Purtroppo solo il personale è cortese e con i pochi mezzi che hanno fanno i miracoli. la struttura è fatiscente Tutto vecchio soltanto la posizione che sta sul mare è al loro favore con una vista spettacolare...il cibo è di scarsissima qualità....lo sciaquone rumoroso....zanzare a dismisura...aria condizionata è calda. ..il letto matrimoniale tutto arrugginito le zampe si sono piegate e dopo averlo detto in direzione nessuno lo ha cambiato....il posto sarebbe bellissimo ma è troppo trascurato

non posso che confermare la maggior parte delle recensioni: struttura un pò datata ma con ampi spazi e ben strutturati. Necessita di manutenzione. I bungalow sono molto ampi e immersi in una splendida vegetazione che avrebbe bisogno di un pò di cura. Basterebbe relativamente poca manutenzione e un pò più di pulizia sarebbe splendida. E' vero che si paga veramente poco......

Personale poco disponibile e comunicativo, la struttura cade a pezzi, letteralmente; una mattina abbiamo trovato un comignolo davanti alla porta di ingresso. L’aria condizionata non funzionante. Gli asciugamani non sono mai stati cambiati, nonostante la struttura segnali il cambio il martedì e il sabato. Colazione scarsissima.

Esperienza terribile. La location e’ paradisiaca ma la gestione della struttura e’ a for poco carente. Per non parlare della sporcizia generale! Il giardino non e’ curato ed abbiamo incontrato pure una biscia per non parlare dell’infestazione delle zanzare.i ragazzi dell’intrattenimento sono lodevoli ma noi abbiamo affittato gli scooter per poter girare l’isola ed utilizzare solo la stanza come punto d’appoggio

La location della struttura è da favola, su Cala Grande, si può godere tutte le sere di un tramonto meraviglioso, personale molto attento, cucina ottima, specie i primi piatti, un pò scarsa la colazione. La struttura avrebbe bisogno di una bella ristrutturata, sia internamente che esternamente, è lasciata un po' all'abbandono, tutto sommato c'è tutto il resto dell'Isola a farti dimenticare queste sciocchezze, buon rapporto qualità prezzo.
