VILLA TWO STEPS FROM THE SEA The villa is just 200 meters from the town beach and a few minutes from the main square and the best tourist attractions (Tonnara, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets and clubs), but at the same time isolated from the noise of the nightlife. Reachable on foot from the port where hydrofoils dock and where boats leave for excursions to the most beautiful coves and the other two Egadi islands (Levanzo and Marettimo).
The Villa can accommodate up to 6 people and is composed as follows:
The entrance is private.
On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with tables and chairs and a living room with sofa bed for two people, relaxation area with TV as well as bathroom with shower and laundry area.
An internal staircase leads to the first floor where there are two bedrooms with a balcony, one double and the other a little smaller with a double bed (or two single beds) and the bathroom with shower. To complete the whole two large verandas furnished with table, chairs, deck chairs, sofas, where our guests can relax, taking advantage of a barbecue. There is also a comfortable outdoor shower.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heat pumps.

Casa funzionale gestita in modo superficiale da persone inesperte

Casa ben costruita, purtroppo gestita da persone inesperte prive dello spirito di accoglienza necessario. Mancanza di acqua calda a tutto il piano terra, doccioni dei bagni non funzionanti (sostituiti durante la vacanza), rubinetti mal funzionanti, rifiuti di plastica dei precedenti utilizzatori, assenza di zucchero, carta igienica terminata durante la vacanza, prodotti per le pulizie esposti a vista in 4 diversi punti della casa.
