Tout simplement parfait!

Notre semaine à l'Arcalod a été très agréabe. L'appartement est pensé et organisé afin que l'on s'y sente comme chez soi. En effet nous y avons bénéficié de tous les équipements nécessaires, il ne manquait rien! Les propriétaires sont chaleureux et sympathiques, soucieux de notre confort dès l'arrivée. Les alentours sont magnifiques à visiter. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter et conseillons cette location à notre entourage.

Super séjour

Excellent séjour dans ce gîte de qualité très bien situé. L'accueil était à la hauteur des lieux. Nous étions bien situé pour visiter le lac d'Annecy et sa région différemment. Nous y retournerons dès que l'occasion se présentera.

Au calme, dans un petit hameau entre le centre de Faverges (tout commerces) et le bout du lac, à 3 tours de pédale de la voie lente allant sur Annecy. Au pied de la route menant au col de la Forclaz, départ de sentier de randonnée de moyenne montagne avec vue sur toute la région du lac, voir des Alpes pour les plus courageux qui atteindraient le sommet de la Tournette.

2eme séjour et toujours aussi parfait nous allons vouloir goûter aux 4 logements... un accueil toujours très sympathique avec petits plaisirs du coin en guise de bienvenue, logement très propre et avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un excellent séjour, très bien situé, au calme nous avons de nouveau apprécié y séjourné. Bel appartement, spacieux, très bien équipé, très propre et confortable. Dans un petit village à proximité de Faverges (pour les commerces), le propriétaire a restauré - de ses mains et avec goût ! - une grande ferme en plusieurs appartements spacieux et fonctionnels. Rien ne manque. Et l'accueil est simple et chaleureux. Nous reviendrons ! Pour les amateurs de ski, le village se trouve à 30-35 mn en voiture de Crest-Volant, qui fait partie du domaine skiable de l'Espace Diamant.

disponibilité et accueil parfait

le gîte est très bien équipé et à une décoration sobre et moderne qui convient à tout le monde. Double vitrage qui nous isole de tous les bruits parasites. Le propriétaire est disponible et répond très rapidement à nos demandes. Je le recommande à tous les personnes qui souhaitent découvrir Annecy et ses environs. Merci à Monsieur Nicolet et à sa fille qui nous a conseillé Annecy Canyoning.

comment dire, juste parfait ....

vraiment, ayant séjourné dans de nombreux endroits, je suis vraiment enchanté de notre séjour dans cet superbe appartement décoré avec gout, un accueil très sympathique, et des prestations agrémentées de petites attentions telles que petites bouteilles de jus de fruit local et vin blanc de pays dans le frigo, tout le confort et la mise à disposition de tout ce qui peut faire qu'un séjour puisse se passer de la plus belle des manières. un grand merci à vous pour ce séjour magnifique et trop court. j’espère à bientôt

L'appartement est vraiment en super état (neuf). On a tout apprécier : les chambres, la literie et surtout la propreté et le nécessaire ménager. Tout y était. Sans parler de la région (bcp de chose a faire aux alentours). Et nous n'oublierons pas la gentillesse des propriétaires. Je recommande cette location. Merci!!

Beautiful apartment in quiet hamlet

A beautiful, modern apartment in a quiet hamlet close to all amenities (need a car). The apartment is well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Everything is very new and of a high standard and with 2 small children we were initially worried, especially with such a high damage deposit. But we were able to move the glass table out of the way and immediately felt more relaxed! The shower is amazing! It was also good to have some outside space to ourselves and we even had our own BBQ, which was a nice touch - but didn't get a chance to use it. We spent a lot of time at the Lake which was about 2km away, .although we preferred the one just south a Taillores (small charge). Faverges is also about 2km away for general shopping which was also open late. Owners daughter lives in building and was available to welcome us and answer any queries. Had a great week, lots to do and see in the area - a trip up the Aguile Du Midi a must if you have a head for heights. A lovely retreat and we would definitely look it up if we visit the area in the future. Thank you Allain, Isobelle and Carolyne.

Tout simplement notre meilleur Homelidays !!!

Nous avons séjourné en famille pendant une semaine dans l'appartement « l'Arcalod », qui s'est avéré être le plus bel appartement Homelidays que nous avons occupé depuis que nous utilisons ce service. Tout est neuf et aménagé à la perfection. Visiblement, le propriétaire n'a pas lésiné sur la qualité : le mobilier, la vaisselle, les équipements, les fenêtres, le plancher, la douche, etc., tout était impeccable. Les lieux sont spacieux, il y a un grand stationnement pour la voiture, un bel espace pour manger à l'extérieur, de la place pour ranger les valises etc. La localisation est fort intéressante. L'appartement est tout prêt du lac d'Annecy et de la belle ville d'Annecy. Nous pouvons aussi rayonner facilement dans l'ensemble de la région. Il était par ailleurs fort agréable d'y revenir le soir et ainsi retrouver un endroit calme et paisible. L'accueil a par ailleurs été fort cordial et les communications avec le propriétaire très faciles. Bref, cet appartement a été l'un des ingrédients essentiels qui a fait de notre séjour dans la région un grand succès ! Nous le recommandons sans réserve à tous !

juste parfait!! a très bientôt!! :)

Accueille très agréable, jolie endroit verdoyant au pieds des montagnes avec vaches bref comme j'aime la campagne!! maison refait a neuf avec beaucoup de gout et d'une finition incroyable, par une famille d'artisan et passionner, bravo!! Tres bonnes prestation vraiment bien équiper, propre. Pour la ou des familles!! aucune nuisance sonore un petit bout de paradis proche du lac!! bref je recommande vivement cette endroit qui nous fait chaud au cœur et malheureusement trop court!! j’espère a très bientôt...
