Great Location to Fatima

The hotel and the breakfast were awesome. We also had dinner at the Bistro in the hotel. Great food and service. Free parking was nice. And it fit our van.

A un lado del santuario de nuestra Señora de Fátima se encuentra el hotel. La mejor ubicación en toda la ciudad. Está a 5 minutos caminando a la estación de autobús y tiene el mejor restaurante. El servicio es muy amable tanto en el hotel como en el restaurante. Las habitaciones están muy cómodas y amplias.

This is our second visit to the Mercure Hotel. Overall, the hotel is nice, and the front desk service is excellent. It is conveniently located near the basilica, and the breakfast offered is superb. The Platano restaurant is also a must-try, and the shopping store has everything you might want or need. I am giving the hotel four stars instead of five because when we returned to our room after spending the afternoon at the basilica, we found that there was no shampoo or conditioner provided. We had not brought our own because we were only staying for one night and had left our luggage in the car ( it was past 11 pm). When I called to request shampoo, the representative informed me that the cleaning staff would deliver it the next day. However, if I needed it immediately, there would be a charge of €15. I believe it was the hotel's responsibility to provide basic amenities like shampoo and conditioner, rather than ours.
