On the outside, you'll appreciate the thoughtful placement among the trees, ferns, and ponds that make Fernstone so special; but when you step foot inside, that is when the magic really begins. In fact, when you aren't exploring the grounds and taking in the natural beauty of the Laurel Highlands, you'll be spending your time trying to figure out the craftsmanship that went into weaving the heavy oak timbers together to form the reciprocal rafter roof structure. And this is a type of construction that is rare indeed! Conveniently inherent in the design, is the opportunity for the stunning clear glass dome over the bed that allows you to gaze at the stars as you drift off to sleep. And of course, no OVR stay is complete without a well appointed bathroom, complete with tiled shower and unique custom made sink.
