We had short one night stay to attend a baby shower. The guys stayed back and enjoyed the space. The kids enjoyed the yard and the arcade. There is nothing wrong with this property and it’s in a great location. I will say if mobility is an issue for a family member, I would advise finding another property. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the 2nd floor and the stairs are short, but somewhat steep. In no way does that decrease this review. I just happened to have 2 older adults with me and it created a small issue. We would stay again. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay! The property is located close to so many restaurants, grocery options and gas stations. The game room was a big hit with our son! Beds were extremely comfortable and so many amenities at the house! 10/10!

What a great house to stay in. Very close to everything in Farmington. The house was clean and inviting. It was decorated all over the house with Grinch items, that was a great touch. The basement had a large selection of games and a pool table and toys for the little ones to play with. Overall, it was a great place to stay. I would recommend it.

Great little getaway

It was a nice place to stay for a few days while having basketball camp at MAC. Enjoyed the game room in the basement and the fireplace was neat. Beds were a little firm for our liking but we made due. Conveniently located near town for shopping and places to eat but not to close to hear the constant traffic. We enjoyed sitting out on the back porch enjoying the weather.

Very Comfortable

Not only was this in a very convenient location for our stay, but the downstairs area has a great game room that we didn’t originally see on the description. Plenty of bedrooms and little extras that were very thoughtful. Things like USB plug-ins and a heated blanket and plenty of towels and dishes.

Awesome lodging in Farmington

Our family of 5 stayed here while visiting relatives. The house is clean and comfortable. Lots of extra touches—a whole closet full of towels, coffee pods supplies for our stay, basement full with of entertainment, a cozy electric fireplace, and streaming options on TV. The bedrooms were spacious.

This house was perfect for us and some of our family to stay over the Thanksgiving holiday, while visiting family in the area. Usually we get motel rooms, but this time decided to rent a house in order to have a kitchen. We accidentally popped a breaker with so much cooking, and the owners were able to come over to fix it right away; VERY appreciated on Thanksgiving morning! The game room, of course was a hit with my nephew (and us)! We would definitely stay again!

Perfect Accommodations!

Wonderfully stocked accommodations. Surprisingly generous with all the basics and more including pots, pans, tupperware, tons of utensils, towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, washer and dryer with laundry soap, etc. We had a rain day and ended up staying in. The Bumper Pool table and game room saved the day. Great communication with the owners and can't wait to head back for another trip to the local OHV park with the boys! Thanks again, Jon!

We stayed in the area for a family wedding. The property was close to the venue and more affordable than any hotel. The house is very cute, clean, and comfortable. The check in process was smooth and communication with the owner was great. I would definitely recommend!

Wonderful place to stay!!

This property was great for our family of five. It’s in a great central location, recently remodled with an emphasis on style and comfort, plenty of beds, TVs in every room, and the kids enjoyed playing the games in the basement. Owner was super nice and very responsive. We will stay here again the next time we visit Farmington.

The best property I have stayed at

This gem is so close to everything. The big back yard is great for kids playing outside. The back deck is perfect for drinking your morning coffee overlooking the yard. The basement game room has bumper pool, a couple of video games and a ton of board games for a family fun night. The living room has a giant TV for watching movies or sports. All bedrooms are good sized. I highly recommend you stay here if you are in the area.

Great location, lovely modernized interior, huge back yard!

Very comfortable, clean, updated home. Welcome basket was a nice surprise! The monkeys in the jungle themed basement game room made me laugh! Beds are comfy foam mattresses just like I have at home so we slept great. There's a corner desk in the master bedroom, and a large shower head in the tub/shower combo. Perfect location for visiting state parks. Beware the steep steps, especially to the basement, they were tricky for me!
