Our family stayed at this home near Baxter Lake over the Christmas week and had a very nice time. Very close to Rochester for shopping etc. All the necessities were provided and we had a great time relaxing and enjoying the well frozen lake. Great ice fishing!

The house was excellent we enjoyed every minute we were there. I was worried a little bit about it being pet friendly but the house was extremely clean. Additionally we did bring our dog Jessie who is a large New Foundland and she also felt right at home with plenty of space and places to walk. Comfortable spot for family gatherings

We visited in the winter so we didn't really take advantage of the lake but the house itself was a perfect spot for us. The open floor plan made the whole family very comfortable. The hosts responded quickly any time we had questions and were very friendly.

2021 Family Vacation

We had a great time at the Baxter House. It was fully equipped and comfortable. We walked to the two beaches and enjoyed kayaking in the lake. We enjoyed the large table for dinners and game night. Close to shopping and neighboring farms.
