Room was not clean (piles of hairs on bed), and lights did not work. Asked to be moved to a different room - slightly better - mysterious red splattering on the wall (easily came off with a wipe signaling no attempt to remove prior), stains on the bathroom floor. Breakfast was swarming with flies, floor sticky. the “pancake machine” had not been cleaned, and produced a pan-strip of batter with burnt and crusted pieces. The rest of the spread was not appetizing.

We check in late have long day drive. Our room is have lots things broken hair dryer is broken and shower hundle loose and sink have crack .they need check room better and no cup for our room . Breakfast milk is expired my kids drink little milk 10 minutes later he through up. So disappoint

The hotel is in a very nice area, everything seemed brand new. We were only there a very short stay, but experienced a dorty pool area with no towels and our bathroom wasnt the cleanest. Overall this wasnt a bad place to stay.

Left over food containers from previous guests left in room, used q-tip left on floor. Floor was jot vaccumed. Found several leaf or petals smashed in the pull out couch bed. Worst part was the mold we found growing on the ceiling in the shower. Not just a small speck. The size of a pancake.... yuk! Brought it up to attention of the staff, had to wait until morning to talk to manager to find a resolution. Once i showed her the mold, she said "wow! Thats a huge problem
