Located on leafy Woodlane Crescent, it is conveniently positioned between the beach (10 mins walk) and the town centre/harbourside (7 mins to The Chainlocker pub!). A very spacious and well presented apartment in a quiet area adjacent to Falmouth University, and close to the beach and high street. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this property.

We loved the property. Lovely high ceilings and great view of sea from bedroom. All very clean and well maintained . Easy walk into town and beach. Nice welcome pack. Would have loved to have stayed longer . Slept great !! John and dawn

Äußerst stilvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in einem Altbau. Voll ausgestattete Küche inklusive Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Schönes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Handtuchheizer. Reichlich Stauraum. Die Möbel und Küchengeräte sind teils schon etwas älter, aber gut gepflegt und in einem guten Zustand. Ruhige Lage, da das Haus von der Hauptstraße noch einmal durch eine separate Einfahrt getrennt ist. Die Lage ist insgesamt sehr praktisch, 5-10 Gehminuten zum Bahnhof und 10 Minuten zum Strand.Die Schlüssel sind in einem Schlüsselkasten. Der Code hierfür wurde einige Tage vor Anreise mitgeteilt.
