Tucked away on Passage Hill in the charming village of Mylor, this spacious and characterful three-bedroom cottage is surrounded by rolling countryside and beautiful coastal walks. Just a five-minute stroll takes you to the local store, café, butchers, fishmongers and the welcoming Lemon Arms pub, and a ten-minute walk leads to the famous Pandora Inn where you can enjoy drinks and food on the pontoon overlooking the water.

Inside, the cottage has a warm, traditional charm. It has been a much-loved family home for many years and has been thoughtfully maintained for comfort and relaxation. Expect classic interiors, cosy furnishings and peaceful views from every window.

Outside, the large south-facing garden is perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks in the sun. From the doorstep, you can explore a network of countryside and coastal walks, including loops around Mylor village and scenic routes to the Pandora Inn, Mylor Bridge and the creekside.

Guest Access –

Guests have full access to the entire property, including the large garden, private driveway and utility room. The cottage is split level, with one bedroom on the same floor as the living room and kitchen, making it particularly suitable for guests with accessibility needs or limited mobility.

Entry is via a lockbox beside the front door. Two spare keys are also provided, hanging in the downstairs WC/cloakroom.

There is plenty of private parking on the driveway for multiple cars.

The home is very warm and cosy thanks to the air source heating system, controlled by the thermostat located on the bookshelf in the hallway. If needed, you can turn individual radiators down, but there’s no need to adjust the main settings.
