* Please do not touch or activate any of the alarm panels inside the house.
* No smoking or vaping allowed on or inside the property.
* No parties or events allowed.
* No pets allowed.
* All trash must be taken out to the trash bins prior to check-out.
* All dishes must be cleaned and put away prior to check-out. Run the dishwasher prior to check-out if any dirty dishes are inside.
* No extra overnight, daytime, or evening guests allowed unless previously approved by the owners in writing. Extra guest fees must be confirmed and paid for prior to check-in. The base booking rate is for 6 people, and additional guests above the first 6 are charged at $50 per person per day.

It is possible, but not likely, to see coyotes, rabbits, skunk, possum, squirrel, mice, rats, snakes, lizards, vermin, raccoons, cats, and other wild animals, as well as all kinds of bugs that are common in this type of climate. Per AirBnB, Vrbo, other hosting platforms, and Direct Booking listing requirement, we are required to notify you of the possibility of encountering a dangerous animal on this property. We have a regular monthly pest control service to deal with these creatures. If you come across any of them, you must contact us via the Direct Message system immediately. We will work to take timely action to deal with anything that you may discover both inside our house or outside on our property. Many of these creatures are free-roaming. We do not have control of anything that occurs on neighboring properties and cannot be held liable for their maintenance of the same.
