Per AirBnB, Vrbo, other hosting platforms, and Direct Booking listing requirement, we are required to notify you of the possibility of encountering a dangerous animal on this property. We have a regular monthly pest control service to deal with these creatures. If you come across any of them, you must contact us via the Direct Message system immediately. We will work to take timely action to deal with anything that you may discover both inside our house or outside on our property. Many of these creatures are free-roaming. We do not have control of anything that occurs on neighboring properties and cannot be held liable for their maintenance of the same.
